COMPETITIONS AND FESTIVALS «MONTESSORI CENTER»
Students of the Montessori Center have a unique opportunity to perform not only at school concerts, but also at national competitions on large stages.
Since 2014, the Montessori Center team has been actively organizing All-Ukrainian music competitions, art exhibitions and choreography festivals, in which thousands of young and professional people from all over the country participate. Our students always actively participate in competitions and show high results, being inspired by new successes and achievements!
ALL-UKRAINIAN OPEN MUSIC OLYMPIAD
All-Ukrainian Open Music Olympiad «Voice of the country»
– the largest open All-Ukrainian complex musical competitions held with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, the National Union of Composers of Ukraine, the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine, and the P.I. Tchaikovsky, State Scientific and Methodological Center for the content of cultural and artistic education and under the patronage of the outstanding Ukrainian composer, Hero of Ukraine, People’s Artist of Ukraine, laureate of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine Yevgeny Stankovich. In November 2018, the Montessori Center took 2nd place in the team event among the musical educational institutions of Ukraine.
ALL-UKRAINIAN OPEN COMPETITION OF FINE ARTS
All-Ukrainian Open Contest of Fine Art #MYSTETSTVO
– multidisciplinary non-profit competition-exhibition, which is held under the patronage of an outstanding graphic artist, teacher, rector of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, people’s artist of Ukraine, president of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine, laureate of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine Andrey Vladimirovich Chebykin. The competition is held twice a year. In October 2018, the Montessori Center took 1st place in the team event among educational institutions of Ukraine (100 schools of art, studios and universities took part in the team event). Also, the winners of the team test among painting teachers were our teachers: Elena Stupak – 1 place, Anna Zadkova – 3 place (among 132 teachers in Ukraine).

ALL-UKRAINIAN OPEN COMPETITION OF PIANISTS NAMED AFTER S.S. PROKOFIEV «PIANO.UA» It is carried out with the aim of identifying talented Ukrainian musical performers, improving the performing skills of students, students and teachers of musical institutions of Ukraine, increasing the prestige of musical specialties, and exchanging creative achievements between musicians.

ALL-UKRAINIAN OPEN VOCAL AND CHORAL COMPETITION
In the All-Ukrainian open vocal and choral competition «VOCAL.UA»
Ukrainian and foreign musicians can participate. Including professional music performers, as well as pupils, students and teachers of secondary and higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, as well as out-of-school educational institutions of the country. In December 2018, the Montessori Center took 3rd place in the team event among the musical educational institutions of Ukraine.
COMPETITION-EXHIBITION OF CHILDREN’S DRAWINGS
Competition-exhibition of children’s drawings
«CHILDOPENART.COM»
– educational project created by the Montessori Center. The competition exhibition is held monthly; only students of our schools take part in it – from 60 to 100 participants per month. The “ChildOpenArt.com” contest has been running since May 2014 and was one of the first Google Open Gallery pilot projects.
FESTIVAL OF MODERN AND CLASSICAL CHOREOGRAPHY
Festival of Modern and Classical Choreography «PETITTPAS.DANCE»
held by the Montessori Center twice a year, starting in 2013. Students and teachers of the «Montessori Center» participate in the festival.
«SATURDAY CONCERTS»
MUSIC PROJECT
The musical project «CONCERTS ON SATURDAYS» was created by the «Montessori Center» in 2012 especially for students of music schools. At «SATURDAY CONCERTS», our students take their first small steps to the big stage, hone their skills and go through qualifying rounds to participate in national and international competitions.
